Henry Siebert planted our family's hillside grape vines on the east side of the Russian River Valley when he was 80. He always said you should taste the fruit in the wine. My husband, Ken Moholt-Siebert, and Arnulfo Becerra prune and tend the vines. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted, then fermented in small lots and aged in French oak barrels. Joe Freeman is the winemaker. Special thanks go to Bob Demple and Gary Mills.
