wine enthusiasts to receive wines at their earliest release, enjoy

- Four shipments per year of our new releases and other
exceptional bottlings. Shipments will be comprised of 2-3 bottles
and prices will range from $45-$65 per shipment, plus shipping and
sales tax where applicable.

By completing this membership application, I certify that I am
over 21 years of age and that I give Bernardus permission to charge
my credit card for each shipment at time of shipping. Also, I am
aware that club membership is ongoing and may be cancelled at any
time. Cancellations must be received in writing and may be
submitted via mail, e-mail or fax. It is the club member’s
obligation to notify Bernardus of any changes in address before
wine is shipped. Bernardus will not be responsible for shipping
charges incurred due to misdirected shipments. Shipments cannot be
delivered to P.O. boxes. The law requires that someone over 21 must
be present to sign for the shipment when it is delivered.
Due to individual state laws, the Bernardus Wine Club can only
ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL,
MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI and WV.
