Our Ruby Port is vinified by partially
fermenting red grapes on the skins, then stopping the fermentation
with the addition of fine brandy to reach the 18% alcohol content.
After filtering, our Port is blended and aged in casks of aged
port. Port is then withdrawn using a modified "Solera" system of
continuous blending throughout many
years.
Our
Port is delightful served with dessert or AS dessert. Perfect on
cold winter night or with your favorite cigar! This wine also has
excellent aging potential.
