vanillin. Focused and pure, with a richness and natural
density that is perfectly balanced, lively and fresh. Long finish
of lemon curd, nectarine, toasted hazelnut and honey.
Fruit was hand-harvested early in the morning, then whole cluster pressed.
Native yeast fermentation in 50% new French oak barrels and 50% neutral rench oak.
100% malolactic fermentation, aged sur lies for 16 months before bottling.
