Teroldego is a red Italian grape variety grown primarily in the northeastern region of Italy. We get our Teroldego from Saviez Vineyard that grows next to the San Joaquin River. We pick the fruit at 23 Brix, crush and destemm and ferment in macrobins. The finsihed wine is well balanced with smooth tannin, dark fruit and acidity that pleases the pallet. The color is so dark that some confuse this wine with Petite Sirah. You can enjoy this wine on it own or with a big steak.
