2011 RoséThis year's dry Rosé is made from our finest Estate Grenache and Syrah. Its light color is a result of special processing, in which juice is drained from the skins prior to fermentation. The color is an enticing deep salmon, reflecting in part the high anthocyanin content of our estate syrah. In the nose, the wine evokes candy apple and citrus perfume. The mouth offers a generous mid-palette and juicy finish. You’ll find, as we do, this Rosé is perfect for those late lunches on a hot summer day.
