With aromas of green apple,
pear and tangerine, this Columbia Valley Riesling from Washington
state displays crisp acidity and bright ?oral ?avors. Fermented in
stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation or oak aging, its
clean, lively palate is balanced by a very slight residual
sweetness. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif on a warm,
summer day. It is a great complement to spicy Asian dishes as well
as charcuterie and mild cheeses and will also taste delicious with
fresh fruit desserts.
