Should your package be shipped by an alternate carrier we will honor the confirmed rate. Shipping rates are estimated based on merchandise total. If shipping charges exceed quoted rate we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.International customers must provide a freight forwarder within the continental United States as the ship-to location. The freight charges will be prepaid to the freight forwarder and added to your invoice. The shipping charges after that point will be negotiated between the freight forwarder and customer; FYC has no further responsibility. All International Orders require prepayment before the products are shipped. Receiving and Checking Instructions:For Your Convenience and our Vendor Partners make every effort to ensure that your order arrives intact and undamaged. That being said there are occasions when merchandise may be damaged or lost in transit. To ensure your complete satisfaction please observe the following steps:1) Please take care to check the entire shipment for any visible damages and take an accurate piece count.2) Make notations on the bill of lading indicating any damages or shortages.Please note that your signature on the freight bill of lading relieves the transportation company, the manufacturer and For Your Convenience from any liability due to damage or shortage as your signature indicates acceptance of goods as noted.3) Unpack all pieces immediately to inspect for concealed damage.4) If damage or shortage is found, please request an immediate inspection from freight carrier of all contents in its original packaging. Follow all requests with written notice to freight company.5) All concealed damage must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days.
