This 15" hard plastic tube has a float-valve at the tip. When attached to a siphon tube and the float-valve is pressed against the bottom of the bottle, liquid flows. After filling the bottle, simply lift the wand off the bottom, and the flow stops without breaking the siphon. Once removed from the bottle, it leaves the perfect amount of headspace behind.
