One of the most difficult issues in the fermentation cycle is keeping the brew at the proper temperature in constant enough conditions to allow the yeast to work its magic properly. The brew belt fits around the carboy, and produces enough heat to keep most brews in the proper temperature range for ales, wines, and most meads.
