Home alcohol producers can make higher alcohol liqueurs and spirits
without distillation, and enable home distillers to increase their
distillation proofs using less energy. These alcohols may be aged
and drunk after fermentation, or can be run through the
Essential Oil Extractor to further concentrate the alcohol content.

Wow. This stuff really did a number on my first attempt. I ended up pouring almost twice as much malt syrup into the batch as I usually do, and got some a$$kicking alcohol. I can't wait to see how it turns out when I run it through the still.
