Useful product for out door lighting

The in wall timer fit right in where the existing wall switch was, adjacent to 2 rocker style light switches. Easy to wire, ivory color matched the other switches. I programed the switch prior to installing. That does require a careful reading of the instructions, but it worked as programed when installed. The dusk and dawn automatic feature is very useful for controlling operation of the outside house lights.

I received the Heavy Duty Wall Timer timely ordering from you Intermatice Web Store. It replaced an earlier model Intermatic that failed. I order this version as it is rated HD so figured it would last longer. It installed fine, although I was disappointed to find it made in China and not the US - Additionaly I received two packages of wire nuts and no CR2 battery. I have called Intermatic customer service and they stated they would send a replacement. Programming was moderately easy (not as easy as my earlier Intermatic timer)but is is now working and seems fine.

EI600C In Wall Timer

I installed this timer about a week ago to control my back door light. I reviewed my program with your Customer Service before installation. It works but so far I cannot tell if it is automatically reseting the on and off times as it should.

It has been 3 days since I had this professionally installed and it still doesn't turn on by itself but it finally turned off on its own this morning.
It is very difficult to program. The directions make it sound simple but it's far from that.
I wish this timer had no "dawn and dusk" options but just "on and off" program settings,that's it! nothing else!!
The directions say to "press ON/OFF 3 times to skip the dawn dusk. I have tried several times and it keeps flashing either DAWN or DUSK.
Moving from one ON setting to an OFF timer setting was "so easy" with your old wall timer which you dropped from production.
I wish I never purchased this product.
