The product worked very well with what I needed. Although I was very dissatisfied with the delay in shipping the product. It would be helpful if you disclosed that the product was not available to ship right away. As a business owner this would be helpful so as to give my customer a reliable schedule on completing work orders. I probably will not order from your company again unless I can be assured that this would be taken care of in the future.
