Tasting Notes:Our dessert Riesling explodes with flavors of vanilla, pineapple, pear, peach and sweet Valencia orange, finishing with a lingering sweet and spicy minerality from Yamhill-Carlton ancient marine sedimentary soils. With 20% residual sugar and only 6.5% alcohol, it’s a lovely dessert wine and also pairs well with a fruit and cheese course.
