The grapes for this German Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) Auslese were hand picked from select ripe bunches in late November and early December. This medium-bodied, velvety smooth, semi-dry to noble sweet red is excellent as an aperitif or dessert wine, but is meant to be enjoyed with food. Try it with your favorite hearty dishes such as stroganoff or Hungarian Goulash. Great as wellas desert wine, use when you would normally enjoy a port. As most of our German wines this wine comes from a stainless steel tank and you get the taste of the grape and the soil, not the barrel. <BR>Acidity: 5,3 g/l<BR>Brix: 24.71 %<BR>Res.Sug: 96.3 g/l<BR>ALC. 12.12 % BY VOL. <BR></P>
