Solid, unstabilized R-Lipoic Acid is prone to polymerize upon exposure to heat, light and moisture within 6 months.<br /><br /><b>Increased Solubility</b><br />Easily dissolved in water, whereas unstabilized lipoic acid is poorly soluble.<br /><br /><b>Reduced Solvent Residues</b><br />Due to the low melting point of the lipoic acid crystalline structure, there is a tendency for 'raw' R-lipoic acid to hold on to high amounts of cyclohexane, ethyl acetate or toluene. The additional processing necessary to make <b>K-RALA-10®</b> removes the residual solvents.<br /><br /><b>Serving Size:</b> 1 full dropper / 20 drops.
