It is this focus on ripe red fruit that makes this Cabernet so distinctive. The bouquet of vanilla and allspice mingled with a bit of leather adds complexity. Bright, zesty fruit flavors are followed by layers of toasted oak and minerals. A rich, fully flavored wine, the Colina Poca Cabernet Sauvignon has significant but well-integrated tannins.
