Cool Fish Red is an artisinal and creative blend of non or low tannin varietals such as Merlot, Cargignane and Pinot Noir. While the pairings of seafood and red wine has become more common in recent years, great majority of drinkers are still not aware of it. The goal of this wine is to help strengthen the matching of seafood and red wines. Cool Fish Red is made of 70% Merlot whose growing region is Sierra Foothills, 20% Carignane whose growing region is Mendocino and 10% Pinot Noir whose growing region is Santa Cruz mountains.
