The 2007 Adastra Pinot Noir Regulus is a supple, medium-bodied wine with notes of plum, cherry, all spice, cinnamon, molasses, mineral and earth; tremendously persistent finish. Perhaps the most Burgundian-style Adastra Pinot Noir that winemaker Pam Starr has crafted.
