The wine was aged under three different regimes: a third in French Oak barrels, a third in a stainless steel tank, and the final third in a 3,000 gal French oak tank. We do this to bring complexity and mouthfeel to the wine. <br /><br />This Chardonnay has aromas of citrus, green apple and light hints of oak. The wine has a crisp acidity with a lingering finish that will go well fish dishes. <div> </div>
