If you love Auslese (Select Harvest) this is one of the best! Riesling Auslese is crafted from a harvest of select, very ripe bunches. Highly discriminated, hand picked and hand selected. Noble wine, intense in bouquet and taste, no aok. Imaging being a grape on the vine for all the year and here we are in late fall, only the best, perfect grapes are selectivly picked around the foul, dried out or less sun bathed ones, only the best for this wine. Expect a mouth full of taste of noble sweet Riesling with honey taste and complexity. Enjoy true Riesling characteristics, mixing the honey sweet flavors of ripe peach, pineapple and golden raisin with the earthy flavors of the vineyard’s fertile loam soil.
