To enhance complexity, we aged this wine in the best French oak, adding sweet toasty oak and vanilla nuances to the blend. The grapes for our 2007 Petite Sirah are primarily from the rocky soils of the Diamond Ridge Vineyard. We suggest serving B.R. Cohn Petite Sirah with your favorite grilled meat or strong cheeses. We recommend cellaring this wine for three months before enjoying.
