Underground natural hot springs warm the soil, and gentle ocean breezes create a unique micro-climate perfectly suited for growing this unique Bordeaux variety. Bright aromas of candied cherry, plum, and violet and lasting flavors or currant, cherry, and oak make this vintage of Malbec one to remember. Aging in the best tight-grain French oak barrels adds complexity, toasty vanilla, cedar, and supple tannins for a long, smooth finish. I hope you enjoy this wine as much as my family and I do.
