2004 Prager Tomas Port
This Calistoga estate port is made with Portuguese varietal grapes - Touriga, Tinto Cao, and Tinta Ruiz. Aromas reminiscent of cherries, chocolate, and black licorice tingle your senses and the flavors of cherry, caramel and orange zest linger with a plum and black walnut finish. A medium-bodied port aged for two years in oak barrels. Great with fresh fruit, nuts and cheese.
