<b> Ingredients</b> - Short Grain Rice: Cornstarch, Wheat Starch, White Rice Flour. Garlic-Broccoli Dry Mix: Potato Starch Flour (No Gluten/Wheat), Maltodextrin, Salt, Minced Dried/Dehydrated Garlic, Broccoli - Dehydrated, Canola Oil. (Contains wheat)<br><br>
<b> Cooking Instructions</b> Place contents of seasoning package into 3/4 cup non-dairy liquid creamer to hydrate. Mix together and set aside. Stir rice into 8 cups boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes stirring frequently until tender. Drain and rinse very well with hot water and set aside. In same pan over medium heat, add sauce mixture and stir until it begins to bubble and thicken. Remove from heat and return rice to pan with sauce. Stir to mix thoroughly and serve.</P>
