After just four years of Bambino Cabernet, this wine has already garnered a 91 score in the Spectator and won a Bronze award, and naturally has become a customer favorite. I believe the 2006 vintage to be by far our best vintage yet. The palate has richened up significantly with earthy lead with an offering of cloves, mint and celery seed. The oak adds sweet cream/caramel/vanilla which balances the round ripe tannins. Sweet black fruits finish off this lovely cabernet.
