After just five years of Bambino Cabernet, this wine has already garnered a 91 score in the Spectator and won a Bronze award, and naturally has become a customer favorite.
The combination of Cabernet clones 337 & 7 complement each other in the 2007 vintage, giving the palate a nice mix of red and black fruits. The St. Helena elegance is here, with strong fruit concentration and a good amount of tannin and acidity just under the surface. This wine will drink equally well now, in 5 years and in 10, a good indication of just how special this vintage is. Only 434 cases made.
