Depth of color, strength of tannin, and immense flavors of dried black currant layered flavors of leather and oak spice which are like velvet in the mouth. This wine will enhance with age up to 7-10. Enjoy with flank steak lightly encrusted in green peppercorn or a bitter dark chocolate molten cake.
