2006 Cuvée des Cinq
Cuvée des Cinq is a distinctive blend made from five Rhône varietals, with an emphasis on Paso Robles’ ability to grow and nurture amazing wine grapes. Each variety contributes its own character to the blend, coming together to make an elegant wine with focus, finesse, soft edges and a luscious, layered nose. Fresh red fruits and deep dark berry aromas mingle with notes of cocoa and cedar, while in the background, hints of earth and smoke carry over into the mouth. With its length and intensity, Cuvée des Cinq is built to age and should continue to improve for at least five years in the bottle.
