2006 Vertigo
Darker and more brooding than its previous incarnation, this year’s Vertigo shows deep plum and berry aromas backed by smoky notes of cocoa and turned earth. On the palate, the wine bursts with flavor like cherry pie. It’s generous, layered, and exceptionally balanced. The finish is long, with plenty of tannin that makes the 2006 Vertigo a wine to drink now or lay down for 4-5 years.
