2006 Grenache
With its cherry pie aromatics and spicy, vibrant flavors, the 2006 Grenache is a winner right out of the glass. With further swirling and sipping, however, it reveals layers of complex leather and earth characters as well as hints of licorice and allspice. In the mouth, the sometimes hard edges of Grenache are tempered with supple, lingering tannins and a smooth, rich finish.
