TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I agree to participate in the Fogarty Wine Club for at least one year. I understand that my credit card will be billed two or four times a year (depending on the membership) to cover the costs of the wine and shipping charges. I agree to be responsible for shipping charges resulting from any misdirected wines. If I choose to pick up wine shipments, I must do so within 30 days of notification, or unclaimed shipments will automatically be shipped at my expense. All wine shipments require an adult signature. My signature and date of birth affirm that I am of the legal drinking age (21). I am responsible for contacting the winery regarding any changes to my account. For memberships outside of California, please check with the winery for a list of eligible “Direct Ship” states. Early cancellation fee may apply.<BR></P>
