Mounted on heavy steel plate. Outfitted with dual pivoting wheels to provide steering. Adjustable wheels make it stationary or portable. Rolls easily on four 12" pneumatic tires. Available with Blanket Pad to safely protect base plate. Priced unpainted. Powder coating optional.
