It is an eternal best buy in the likes of the Wine Advocate or Wine Spectator and the San Francisco Chronicle recently gave it 3 stars..beating out a bunch of Syrah bottlings in the $25-$40 range. This is our 8th vintage of this wine and I am so excited about it. I named it “Tous les Jours” (or “Everyday” to us Americans) to signify its immense drinkability. We feel the wine makes an ideal “House Wine”; the wine you open just for the heck of it, or just to pour a single glass, the rest to be enjoyed later. And at this price, why not? However, we do not skimp on the winemaking for this wine. We start with great grapes from Paso Robles and the Santa ynez Valley and use the different climates to create a wine that is both fruity and spicy at the same time. I use my experiences with both new world and old world style winemaking to make the most drinkable Syrah imaginable. This year, we did it one better and closed it with the Stelvin Screwcap...no more corked bottles. You get to enjoy this wine exactly as Iinteded it to taste...lucky you! "Non-member discount!
