The 2006 Villa Emile Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown in California’s Central Coast growing region. This region has warm days, but tends to cool off at night, bringing a good balance of fruit and acidity to the wine. This richly textured Cabernet Sauvignon shows dark berry and jam aromas and flavors - with a touch of oak. This wine is the perfect match for entrees of grilled steak, tomato-based pastas, lamb chops and spicy chili, as well as many full-flavored cheeses.
