History: 13 Tons of estate-grown Syrah grapes were hand picked on September 12, 2005 at a brix of 25.
Technique: The grapes were crushed and fermented for 6 days using Syrah yeast. The wine was aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
Findings: This wine opens up well after breathing for 15 minutes. It has opening berry and plum flavors and a mild tannin finish.
Conclusion:
1. This wine is best enjoyed with food, and pairs particularly well with grilled meats and spicy foods.
2. Serve at cellar temperature (approximately 60 F)
