The aromas of this rich medium bodied wine is well integrated with hints of ripe berry fruit, cinnamon, green olive, toasty oak, elderberry, and dried thyme. The flavors follow with added components of sour cherry and a hint of chocolate. The mouth feel is initially supple, which carries through to the finish.
