<b>VINEYARDS</b><br>
Our 92-acre Estate was first planted in 1884 and is sustainably farmed and hand-harvested. The climate of the Livermore Valley is similar to the climate of Bordeaux, and the Murrieta’s Well Estate benefits from its own unique microclimate within this area. Grapes for this wine were harvested from the Ernest vineyard block.<br>

<b>WINE STYLE</b>
The Touriga Francesa was fermented in small, one ton bins and punched down by hand twice daily.<br>
<br>
<b>FLAVOR PROFILE</b><br>
Enjoy aromas and flavors of black plum, blackberry, dried orange peel, clove and black licorice. Elegant, approachable tannins and a lingering semi-sweet chocolate finish round out this wine.<br>
