<B>Wine Style</B><br>
The Cabernet Franc was fermented in small one ton bins and punched down by hand twice daily. The Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented in stainless steel and pumped over twice daily.<br>
<br>
<B>Flavor Profile</B><br>
Our 2007 Cabernet Franc has enticing aromas of blueberry, violet and chocolate, with undertones of cinnamon, herbal tea and earth. Flavors of black cherry, blueberries, cinnamon and licorice are complemented by soft tannins to create a round mouthfeel and a long-lasting finish.<br>

99% Cabernet Franc, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon<br>
<br>
<B>Aging</B><br>
The wine was aged for 17 months in French, American, Eastern European, and neutral oak.

<B>Vineyards</B><br>
Our 92-acre estate was first planted in 1884 and is sustainably farmed and hand-harvested. The Cabernet Franc was harvested from the Mel block. The Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from the Smith block<br>
