Quite simply, we didn't want to hide the pure aromas and flavors of the Jack Ranch and Wente Vineyards. We cold-fermented four seperate lots in stainless steel, then blended them just prior to bottling. No Oak! Period! The result is a fresh and flavorful wine loaded with citrus and aromas and a juicy acidity that gives it agreat mouth feel. It's an excellent accompaniment to lighter dishes. Enjoy!
