The philosophy of the Napa Wine Company winemaking program is - let the vineyard do the talking. We strive to allow the varietal character of the fruit to express itself with minimal guidance. The ideal Pinot Blanc growing conditions in the Yountville Appellation, combined with ripe fruit, lend to this intense wine with a silky finish.
Sourced from our own organically grown Yount Mill Vineyards, this wine delivers layer after layer of intriguing fruit nuances. This full fruit flavor dominates in the mouth and becomes enveloped with sweet vanilla. The nose provides a combination of ripe pears, peaches and nectarines. The 2004 vintage is medium to full-bodied and has a long lingering toasty finish. Try the Napa Wine Company Pinot Blanc with Jumbo Seared Scallops Scampi Style or Grilled Lobster

Napa Wine Company, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley -- Vineyards
The backbone of the Cabernet Sauvignon is the fruit we harvested from our Rock Cairn vineyard; 32 acres uniquely nestled below the western hills of Oakville. Also planted to 32 acres is our Mill Race Vineyard. It is sheltered by the Yountville Hills to the west and is situated just below the border of the Oakville appellation to the north. All of our vineyards are 100% Organically Grown . . .
Napa Wine Company, 2003 Temescal Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley -- "Following the Pelissa family's mantra to "let the vineyard do the talking," the 2003 Temescal Cabernet Sauvignon shows its Rock Cairn Vineyard pedigree with its inky color (probably helped along by a little malbec in the blend).
This wine has "grip!" Fat mid-palate flavors. Delicious from beginning to middle to end!
