Photographer Milton Greene was inspired by an ill-fitting white dress during a 1954 photo session in his New York studio. The 2000 vintage Marilyn Merlot is a blend of 87% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. The addition of the two Cabernets gives the wine an increased floral fragrence and a more silid structure on the palate.
