In order to encourage you to prove this to yourself, we are providing a little instruction and incentive. First, order the three different examples of California Chardonnay presented here and we will offer you a flat shipping rate of $10. Then, invite your fellow chardonnay lovers to join you for dinner. Prior to your meal, pour a glass of each and start by taking time to smell the aromas, each is dramatically different - one may smell earthy, another fruity. Then taste and swallow some of each wine. You should do this in close succession so that you can keep the characteristics of each in mind as you move from wine to wine. When you taste the wines, one will show more drama in the flavors, and another will have greater texture. Finally, send us your interpretations by post, email or twitter. The most creative note will be rewarded with a magnum of one of our older Chardonnays (fine print: of course only if shipping is legal to your state).
