Our gift sets are packaged in a custom Patz & Hall gift box and include a complimentary gift card with your personal message.<BR><BR>2007 Dutton Ranch - Russian River Valley Chardonnay:<BR>With perfect weather and significantly smaller crops than the previous vintage, 2007 was a standout year for Chardonnay, and the 2007 DUTTON RANCH - Russian River Valley Chardonnay is no exception. Seamlessly combining both high tone and bass notes, this wine begins with lovely tropical aromas of mango and pineapple accented by subtle Muscat and white flower notes. On the palate, the wine is flowing and gracious, echoing the tropical fruit of the nose and combining it with layers of nut crust, graham cracker and crème brûlée. Though bone dry, it hints at sweetness, and concludes with an appealingly full and broad-textured finish.<BR><BR>2007 Hyde Vineyard - Carneros Chardonnay:<BR>While this wine is profoundly consistent from vintage to vintage, the 2007 bottling of our HYDE VINEYARD Carneros Chardonnay may set a new benchmark,combining all the classic Hyde elements with an effortless sense of grace and precision. From its white flower and marmalade aromatics to its flavors of peach, spicy pear, cinnamon, clove, hazelnut and honeycomb, this multifaceted wine seamlessly balances beautiful acids with a plush, creamy quality—ultimately leading to a rich and satisfying finish.<BR><BR>2007 Zio Tony Ranch - Russian River Valley Chardonnay:<BR>A product of the great 2007 vintage, this wine is vibrant and racy, with bright minerality and a beam of mouthwatering acidity that supports layers of concentrated peach, spicy pear, green apple and honeydew melon. Intriguing floral and spice elements are accented by pleasing layers of vanilla, clove and maple syrup from the new French oak. Though it displays a precociously intense appeal right now, it is just going to get better and better, and is likely to be the longest lived vintage we have ever produced.</P>
