Hand picked and hand sorted before fruit spent extended maceration time on the skins to achieve vibrant color and solid tannin structure. Barrel aged for 26 months in 85% new French Oak. 89% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 6% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Limited production. <br><br><b>Sensory Description:</b> Deep garnet in color. Smoky and spicy with plenty of concentrated plum and blackberry notes and a hint of cocoa on the nose. The entrance is elegant and sexy, followed by layers of opulent flavors of Bing cherry and vanilla that dance across the palate.
