On the nose it displays aromas of ripe red plums, currents, cocoa and cigar box with notes of freshly shaved truffles. On the palate it starts off with bright fruit tones of cherry and raspberry which give way to flavors of dark chocolate and smoky cedar. It has a finish worth pondering as the chocolaty flavors continue to evolve.</p>
