It&#8217;s a natural with fruit and cheese.<br><br> <b>Winemaker Notes:</b> This French Colombard comes from the Johnson Family -an old head-trained vineyard in Redwood Valley, Mendocino County. The vineyard is situated in a cool growing area, and this fruit is often some of the last fruit that we harvest. French Colombard typically displays floral aromatics, mixed with fresh fruit and citrus notes and has a refreshing, crisp acidity. <br><br> <b>Sensory Description:</b> Carnival evokes fragrant aromas of bright fruit with some floral notes of rose petal, magnolia and cantaloupe. Intense, yet delicate flavors peaches, apricot preserves, slight green apple with a hint of lychee and tropical fruit.
