community wellness by helping our elderly live meaningful lives either
at home or in residential communities, and preparing the professionals
of tomorrow.<br /><br />Pacific Institute teaches new perspectives on aging
in the field of gerontology and aims to re-establish the role of
eldership in our society.<br /><br />Make a donation and help us to
continue providing psycho-social-spiritual care to senior residents
within the facilities and at their homes, and cutting-edge training to

for a resident who does not have the financial resources to participate
in cultural outings for one year (symphony, museums, plays, and trips
to local areas of interest)<br /><br /><b>$750</b><br />Sponsors the annual Circle of Care Leadership Award<br /><br /><b>$1,000</b><br />Allows a caregiver to complete classwork in the CNA and nursing programs for one year<br /><br /><b>$2,500</b><br />Pays for the stipend to hold ongoing support groups for family members<br /><br /><b>$3,000</b><br />Allows us to purchase accessible gardening boxes for residents who are in wheelchairs<br /><br /><b>$5,000</b><br />Pays
for the annual stipend for a researcher to further research on best
practices involving work with dementia and forgetfulness<br /><br /><b>$6,000</b><br />Provides
the stipend for a doctorate-level psychology intern to dedicate time to
provide direct services and create a therapeutic environment for the
residents of our communities<br /><br /><b>$7,500</b><br />Allows us to upgrade our Expressive Arts Room and Program, which allows residents to express themselves through the arts<br /><br /><b>$10,000</b><br />Supports
the Pacific Insitute and AgeSong Institute Outreach Program for one
year to provide preventive therapeutic services to low-income seniors
in the community who could then stay longer in their independent living
situation<br /><br /><b>$ Other</b><br />Any amount of charitable care support helps us to meet the needs of residents who have depleted their financial resources</font></font><font size="2"><br /><br clear="right" /></font><br /></P>
