<p>Our very first Gewurztraminer comes from the Hyland Vineyard is made in a dry style and only 4 barrels of this special wine were crafted. This wine has amazingly spicy and complex aromas of verbena, roses, savory herbs and fruit as well as a great mineral vein running through it. Gewurztraminer is big and rich in the mouth with a great unctuous mouth-feel and this wine is no exception. This is a very big white wine but maintains a good balance and will pair very well with a wide variety of dishes. Drink now through 2012.
