2008 FUTURES! 2008 marks the first time that Bergstrom Winery will bottle a single vineyard designated Pinot Noir from the great Temperance Hill Vineyard.  We have been working with this fruit for 4 years.  The Temperance Hill Vineyard is located in the volcanic Eola-Amity Hills just West of Salem and has been producing rich dark-fruited, spicy wines for some of Oregon's greatest labels since the early 1980's.  The high-elevation of this vineyard paired with the relentless winds from the Van Duzer Coridor make for late harvested wines of great purity and concentration. This is an elegant powerhouse of a wine and only two barrels will be bottled in 2008!</P>
